Be careful. They are over busy, if you drop off may not get your car back for weeks. Plus, they will ALWAYS pull the diagnostic time card and charge you even if the car is under warranty. DON'T BUY A CAR HERE OR USE SERVICE. If you want to see how they treat their customers after a sale? Go in first say you already own a car and want to talk to a manager. You will never get to one. Managers are never available they always say someone else makes the decision that is never available. Just ask Malcolm. Enjoy. FYI.... All the 5 star ratings are employees and friends, look how many 1 stars their are..... Telling.
Like others, I will base my review on the sales staff alone and NOT the service department. They were responsive to my emails, followed up with me during the sale, totally went beyond what you would expect a dealer to do for a customer. I knew what I wanted and was in and out with a deposit on a new Wrangler in less than 45 minutes. They worked with me, no pressure (ok.. maybe a little pressure) but I left feeling great about my Jeep and great about the whole experience.
I recently just leased a 2018 Charger and it was a great experience dealing with Browns, and in particular, Chris Lien.
Our Dodge Caliber was brought in for a recall campaign. We dropped it off the night before for a 10AM appointment. We received a call 9:05AM that the car was done. When we got there, my wife went in did the paperwork and they brought the car to her. She didn't have ti go loom for the car in there lot. These are great people. Very friendly, courteous, and show real concern for there customers. Keep it up.
Chris was very friendly and easy to deal with. It was a pleasure dealing with him, from the moment I walked in, ordered, keeping me informed where the car was, delivery, and returning my previous lease.
So, WHY do they couple that wonderful sales staff with the world's worst service department? When my battery died, they gave me the attitude like, Why are you bothering us with your problems? Told me I would have to wait close to a month for an appointment and told me they never heard of my service discount plans. I told them, since I'm coming in for an inspection this Saturday they can look at my dead battery then. Oh, no - we can't look at your battery on a Saturday.
Suddenly, all the "no appointments necessary" and extended hours and weekend hours all made sense. Sure, drop off your vehicle any time you like but you can never leave.
Went to another dealership, and they were HAPPY to sell me a car.
Walked into the showroom and asked the receptionist to talk a salesman. She looked up from her computer, said "no one's available", then ignored me completely. No "I'll try to find someone" or "let me check". Just "no one's available". She couldn't have been ruder.
Went back a few weeks later and caught a salesman in the parking lot. Asked about a text drive, and he simply said "we're too busy" while walking away.
I just hope I don't have to go in for warranty service. For regular maintenance I went back to the local shop who has taken care of me all these years - Coventry Motors in Huntington.
It's that kind of service that's going to get me to come back to Browns when looking for my next vehicle.
